This project marks the beginning of my work as a composer for the big screen. Its fictional historical setting is brought to life through a cinematic sound world that blends classical orchestral writing with electronic textures and atmospheric soundscapes.

The film explores depression, loss, and the process of coming to terms with them. Dense soundscapes and deep bass reflect the weight of these experiences, before the music gradually opens up and resolves into warmth, contentment, and a sense of security.

Jakob Eder öffnet mit seinen Kompositionen ein Tor zu einer Dimension voller Gefühle und Tiefe. Für meinen Kurzfilm "Formation" konnte er perfekt diese Dimension dem Publikum präsentieren unddafür danke ich ihm sehr.

Er bringt eine sehr gute Energie in’s Projekt und mit seinem kreativen Ideenreichtum, wird jeder Track, egal für was, einfach nochmal individueller, schöner und genau perfekt! Ich hatte nie lang auf etwas warten müssen, und egal was, es hat mich immer sofort überzeugt. Es gab keine großartigen Änderungen, die Musik hat sofort perfekt auf das Projekt gepasst und von da an ging er nur noch bergauf und wurde immer besser. Immer ein Fest mit ihm zu arbeiten!
